Hi everyone! I got a question, I have a visual in my report that is using a hierarchy. I published my report to Power BI Service and it works just fine but as soon as I refresh the report dataset in Power BI Service the visual with the hierarchy breaks and does not show the correct information. Any idea why this happens? Thank you!

Hi @Anonymous ,
I can't reproduce your issue. Please try to delete the report and dataset from the Service and re-publish in Desktop. If it still don't work, please share a dummy file that we can test it.

I have a similar issue. My date table is a calculated table using (CALENDAR(date(2020,1,1),TODAY()+365)) function.
I set up a visual matrix with Year&Month from the date hierarchy as the header. After the calendar table refresh, all visuals with date hierarchy - matrix headers, slicers, etc. - lose the hierarchy and are displaying individual days as d/m/yyyy.
Are you using synced slicers, by chance? If so, make sure to unhide/resnyc any slicers you may have. I had a similar issue where I forgot I had slicers hidden and so the most current data was filtered out across multiple pages. One of my dimensions was being filtered by a slicer I had hidden and forgot about.
