Hierarchy Slicer not working since that day

Hello,

Since that day the "hierarchy slicer" does not work in application mode.

It is grayed out.

No problem in workspace.

Problem appeared on all environments at the same time without publishing. 

Do you have an idea ?

I was thinking, I use "visual customization" as well as perspectives. Are you in the same case ? 

It feels like a side effect

News : 

By changing the url and adding numbers after ReportSection it "reloads" the page and slicers appears

Looks like there must be an issue in the service.

We're also missing Chiclet Slicers - see post here.

Hope it gets sorted soon!!!
