Hierarchy Slicer is Blank in PBI Cloud Service in Chrome

Hi,

My Hierarchy Slicer works perfectly in my PBI desktop. However, after I published to the Service, the hierarchy slicer is blank.

I have the latest chrome and Edge. They both render blank slicers with the slicer title appears.

I have tried clearing cache, it did not work.

Do we have a solution for this?

It sounds like more related to custom visual hierarchy slicer, I'd like to suggestion contact with the visual author @jppp with some detail information(detail error message/logs, sample file) to report and fix this issue.
