We make a set of reports available to users via a link from another system. The link has embedded parameters to filter the report. We would prefer that this report only be run via that link from that other system. Obviously, if you share a report with a DL, they can still access it via app.powerbi.com and just open the report unfiltered. This isn't helpful because the report was designed to be run for one entity at a time.
Is there a way to hide the report while still allowing people to access it via the URL?
If not, any other suggestions?
hi, @mtc
For your requirement, I would suggest you use Row-level security (RLS) with Power BI report
