We are trying to hide filter pane in third party power bi report reader.
According to microsoft show/hide the filter pane not effect it's visibility for
report reader.
Is there any way to hide the filter pane in third party application.

According to your description, you can hide the filter pane from the Power BI desktop before publishing. The filter pane has a toggleable eyeball icon at the top.
You can also do this in the "Edit Report" section of the service.

You can hide it here in the desktop when you publish, but it will require the 3rd party reader to honor that setting.
