Hide dataset from self-service users

I have a dataset which is published to an app with many users, that still is in a "under construction" phase.

Is it possible to allow all app & workspace users to read the dataset, but make it hidden/inaccessible for self-service uesers in organization that are creating new reports?

Hi there

Currently if a dataset is available via an App everyone who has got access can use the dataset to create reports.

There is no way to allow some users to only view reports and others to create reports.
