Hidding a section but keeping Access in Application

Hi All,

I have an application where I have several dashboards. One of them act as a home page and has embedded links to access the others. Currently they are all visible in the app.

is there a way to make these dashboards invisble and keep only the home page ?

I have looked in the application setup and if I hide a section it won't appear anymore for the selected audience which not realy what I want.

what are your possible suggestions ?

Thanks,

I think I was not clear enough.

Actually I don t want to exclude anyone from displaying the section. It is just I want to gain space and display only the home page with the embedded links. People then can access from those links to display what they want.

No, and that isn't a good practice. You should manage it by Audience permissions. By hiding things, someone with the URL could still get there, and they could get that URL inadvertently if someone posted it in Teams or in an email. By using Audience permissions, even with a URL, their access would be blocked.

You can close the menu on the left by clicking the << button at the top. But otherwise, no, content on the menu is visible to that audience and will show up on the menu.
