Help with Power BI scheduled refresh failure - Snowflake connecttion

We've configured a Gateway with our Azure private link that connects to Snowflake. This is not on-premise. The Gateway directly connects to Snowflake via the private link. We are getting intermittent errors. That is, sometimes the data refreshes and other times we get an error.

Can someone help us figure out what causes this error. We thought that this might have something to do with the Snowflake warehouse not being awake?

Hi , @SreePeri 

According to your error description and your error message provision, this refresh error is caused by a problem with the gateway server and your Snowflake connection, and then the specific error message prompt is "Couldn't resolve host name", For whether the Snowflake warehouse data source has been opened before the data refresh, I think you need to determine in advance before the data refresh starts. To determine whether this error message is enabled or encountered, you need to collect the additional log of the gateway at the time of the error and the detailed error log of the Snowflake warehouse data source for in-depth analysis.
