Help please! Group Menu not showing

I'm following the instructions on grouping data in visualisations. When I select two or more elements of the visual and then right click, the Group option does not appear in the subsequent menu. I get See Records, See Data, Include and Exclude, but no Group.

Is this an issue with the source data formatting? Or something else?

Many thanks,

Henwood

Hi @henwood,

Your description is confusing, which instruction do you follow? Could you please share a screenshot or more details for further analysis?

Best Regards,
Angelia

Hi @v-huizhn-msft,

Thanks for your response. I'm following Power BI's instruction on this page - https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-desktop-grouping-and-binning/

And this is the menu where Group is not appearing:

When I right click to get that menu, all the options appear except Group, the one I need!

Any guidance much appreciated!

Many thanks,

Will
