Having issues related to refreshing a report connected to an ODBC data source

I am using a standard gateway to establish the connection to the ODBC data source. Refresh on desktop is working perfectly fine, but when I publish it and try to update the report, PBI service keeps saying there's some kind of issue with my credentials. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do

Can the ODBC data source set in the manage gateway be successfully connected ? If yes, you need map the data source to the dataset in dataset settings .If no ,please check the credentials in your data source settings .

I found an operation document for configuring the data source that can help you better configure the gateway in Service.

Check Data source credentials under datasource settings and share any error message you are seeing there
