Have not received notification to extend Pro trial (365 days)

Hi All:

 

Some users in my company have received notification to extende the trail period (365 days) as mentioned in this article (https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-extended-pro-trial). However, many more users haven't received this notification yet. All of our users should be eligible for this offer as we have used PowerBI for a long time.

 

Please let me know if there is any sollution for users who haven't received the notification yet?
