Hi @Anonymous,

In Power BI service, you can connect to Excel via Connect, manage and view Excel in Power BI. In this way, the Excel workbook will act as the Excel online. For detail information, see: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-excel-workbook-files#one-excel-workbook--two-ways-to-use-it

Hi @Anonymous,

Please click on Edit Report to enter edit mode, check if there is any hidden report page. If not, please create a new report page then right click it to select the Hide Page, save the report then do export again, the "Exclude Hidden reports tabs" should be clickable.

Hi @Anonymous,

Both export to PDF and PowerPoint features support export visible report pages. See:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/end-user-powerpoint#how-to-export-your-power-bi-report-to-powerpoint

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/end-user-pdf#how-to-export-your-power-bi-report-to-pdf

In your scenario, to work around the issue, you can set the visibility of the unwanted pages as hidden, then perform export action.
