Granting access just to the App but not the underlying dataset/workspace.

Hi Team,

I have create a Master Dataset using which I have developed 5 powerbi reports.
All are in the same workspace.

The requirement is just to provide APP access to the users. This is causing an issue to the end users whereby they are not able to see the visuals/data within the report.

Is there any workaround ensuring that users will be able to see the report data without me providing them workspace access?

@bangerasid  -  If the dataset doens't have any RLS, the App viewers should be able to view the reports without any issues. Are they getting any error message on those visuals?

Can you try adding those users to the reports (Manage Permissions) individually and see?

I checked the below option. Prior to that users were getting error since they didnt have access to the workspace.

This doesnt have row level security.
