Government Data Gateway connectivity issues

Hello

I am a user (newbie) on Government Cloud (GCC) having issues  with on-prem data gateway. 

We have installed the gateway in house and everything looks fine on that end, but when I log into app.powerbigov.us I get the following message when I try to access "Manage Gateways" from the Settings option...

"You don't have any data gateways."

Highly appreciate any help!

PS: Before we got the Pro license for GCC, I was able to connect via the data gateway to app.powerbi.com (commerical tenant) without any issues...

Were you the same person who installed the Gateway?

You could also ask a Global Admin to have a look in the Power Platform Admin

Yes, I am the person who installed the gateway; I do have admin rights...

In the admin center it does list the gateway. 

Just realized though; the admin center url ends in ".com"; does this infer to the commercial tenant?

Hi there

Yeah you are right in that the Admin Centre is for commercial tenants.

I would possibly log a support ticket, would be the easiest when dealing with a government cloud!
