Global PowerBI Service cannot access Azure CN SQLServer in white list since its IP always change

Dear Team,

We use Global PowerBI Service in Europe and Azure CN SQL Server database.

Since we add the PBI Serivce IP into Azure CN SQL Server database fireware IP white list, but PBI Service IP address always change. So how to keep PBI Service connect to Azure CN SQL Server databse with fireware on and the PBI Service IP should always in its white list?

Azure CN support team said Azure side cannot do anything for this. We must to know the IP range and add them into database IP white list. Can you tell me the IP Address for:

There is an ip list. Please check AzureCloud.<Region> tag according to your tenant cluster. If it changes frequently, it is recommended to use the gateway.

And our PowerBI Service is held in north Europe( I can see it in PowerBI Service ), I use the link and in the JSON file I can not find the correct IP ranges, like:
