Hi guys, we have a report that has a few different sources. our access system, A covid stats file on GitHub. and a few others.
The refresh has been working for almost a year, but all of a sudden, in the last week, its been failing.
the error says it cant connect to the github file.
Running it from desktop works
every now and then the refresh works
the error ;

Any idea whats going on and how to fix it?

In addition, please also try #fiddler-trace to find out the exact reason.

If it's been working for a year and stoped plus if the Desktop can still do the refresh then you need to update your Gateway and/or check out the Gateway.

By looking at the error the problem is from the source.
Try configuring the gateway again or re-publish the report to the service, you can also try to open a support ticket for free if you are PRO user!
