Gateway is not working

Hello,

I'm stuck and maybe someone here already face that issue

I'm trying to set up a Power BI Entreprise Gateway

I have created a Gateway and Power BI tells me it's online and good to go

Gateway

I added my data source and Power told me the connection is successfulConnection

Then I tried to used it with a data set

but when I try to refresh it, I got this error

And I cannot manage to fix it 😞

The privaty level is the same than the report

I don't understand why the data base is undefined

So, does someone have an idea?

Something I can check?

Thank you in advance,

Emmanuelle

@Anonymous ,

When the data source is SSAS, you need to map the UPN with local AD in power bi service. You can refer to doc below for more details:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-gateway-enterprise-manage-ssas#map-user-names
