I prepared a report that utilizes a webtable as seen in the attached . The report is not refreshing in service and showing error. How can I overcome this and get a successful refresh in service? Thank you

Can you provide more details?
You can check the Refresh history and see if there's any error message.
Also check if the data source is connected under Manage Gateway.
