Gateway connectivity issue - Schedule Refresh not working

Hi,

I trying to Schedule a Refresh but I am facing with an issue on my Gateway Connection

I have two file that are saved on my One Drive and connected to my Power BI Reports.

On the Data Set > Gateway Connection > Status, it appears the message "Not Configured correctly". and below another message like "File{"path":"c:\\users\\xxx\onedrive\file11.xlsx"")

I tried to Add this folder/File to the Gateway  as a Data Source (Sharepoint type)  but it did not worked well.

Error Message:

Unable to connect: We encountered an error while trying to connect to . Details: "We could not register this data source for any gateway instances within this cluster. Please find more details below about specific errors for each gateway instance."Show details

Hi there

Could you try and connect to your data via using the Web Connector and if you are using Excel, open the file and then select copy path?

Here are more details: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-use-onedrive-business-links
