Hello,
I have a personal gateway installed, but everytime that I try to refresh the data appears the following error:
"we couldn't refresh because your data gateway (Power BI – personal) is offline"
I tried toconnect to the IP and to the name but the command has not responded, which leads it to conclude that the problem is on service and not in the gateway connection...
do you have any suggestion to solve my problem?

Hi @Sea_and_Anne,
As the error stated, the issue is caused by that the personal gateway is not running or accessible. You need to go to the server which hosts the personal gateway, then start the personal gateway, make sure it's running smoothly.

I tried to open the gateway but appears the following error :
i tried to connect to the error but didn't responded.

Hey @Sea_and_Anne,
Is the PBI Personal Gateway icon in your task bar? If so, click and open it.
Should look something like this:
Covering the world! 9:00-10:30 AM Sydney, 4:00-5:30 PM CET (Paris/Berlin), 7:00-8:30 PM Mexico City
