I created a free / trial account with Power BI which got locked out.
How do I get it unlocked?
As IT team 's assistance was not sought for sign up, which link should they use in order to reset the same?
Hi, I am having a similar problem. Created an account for my team which we have been using for a few months but just recently when anyone tries to sign in it says "username or password not recognised". This has just this afternoon changed to "Your account has been temporarily locked to prevent unauthorised use." I'm not sure how this happened as we haven't changed anything, and my IT department don't know how to help as they don't have access to the account so they can't reset the password or anything.
More than a year and a half since I'm using PBIi and I'm having trouble signing in, today.

How can I unlocked? what is the email contact address for support/admin?
