Flexible live connection

Hi,

Is there a way to publish shared datasets without that live connection thing? I want to be able to users to consume my dataset but being able to also add others and creates measures and etc.

Example: i want to publish some global datasets, like clients, produts and etc.

The idea of creating multiple dataflows is also not a nice because I'll have to share the entire workspace.
