When you create a report in Firefox on a Mac, the filters don't scroll if they go beyond the bottom of the window in the browser. Further, they won't scroll within a filter if there are more items than are visible within a filters viewport.
You can hack through it by tabbing between them and they will scroll by the tab action, but there's no scrollbar or way to scroll without tabbing through it.

Try clearing both the cache and cookies and pressing Ctrl+F5 to refresh the new page. If this issue still can't be solved, I'm afraid this should be an issue of firefox browser.

Only on Firefox. Still happens after cache clear.
