Hello Power BI Community,
I hope you can help please.
Is there anyway to find out which "My Workspace" has content shared with other users?
Example: John has created a Report, saved it in his "My Workspace" and has shared it with Sue.
If John was to leave the company, Sue has no way to get to this Report other than a Global Admin reactivating John's account, changing the password and logging in as John. This is a huge overhead, and terrible security.
So, I would like a list of all the people that have done this please. Is there a report anywhere where I can get this information please?
Thanks very much,
Garry

You can do this in the Office 365 Audit Log if Power BI event logging is enabled in the Power BI admin settings. Reports shared from PersonalWorkspace-UserName will be from users's personal My Workspaces.
DAX is for Analysis. Power Query is for Data Modeling
