Filters turn off in published version

Hello, I was hoping someone could help me please.

I have a published report in a premium workspace with hundreds of viewers/users.

Whenever people use personal bookmarks they have set up, every few weeks it seems to revert to no filters and shows them old data. They redo the bookmark and problem solved.

Again, every few weeks people will have to use the reset all filters button next to the bookmark button, as it will show old data. This then fixes the issue (this is a different page to the one above)

Does anyone have any similar experience with this? People are starting to lose confidence in the report

Thank you for any help

That is standard behavior.  Personal bookmarks are ephemeral.

The bookmark captures the state of the page at the time the bookmark was created. When someone selects the bookmark, Power BI attempts to show them that bookmark in its original report state. However, there are situations where showing the bookmark isn't possible. For example, if the report owner changes the name of a field that is used by the bookmark, Power BI will no longer display visuals, filters, or slicers that use that field. Certain visuals will display no data for the renamed field. Filtered or sliced visuals will revert to the default view.

So - stop messing with the meta data, and your users will not lose their bookmarks.
