Filters not applying after publishing to web

I have created a report on Power BI Desktop and on this desktop version every filter (at visual level as well as at page level) seems to work fine. But when I upload the report to my workspace and create a link, some filters just disappeard. I have no idea how this can happen, as I did not modify anything after uploading to my workspace. The weblink version is just different as the desktop and online version.

I've tried to delete the code and create a new one, the same problem occurs everytime. Even after an hour after refreshing the report in the Service.

I've also tried adding &refresh=5 method, and it also didn't work.

What can I do to resolve this problem?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
