Hi, 

I have the data in exc organized by week (one column) and year (another column) and one combined with the 2 (year-week)

For example 

WEEK | YEAR | WEEK-YEAR |

________________________

1         2018      2018-1

2         2018      2018-2

3         2018      2018-3

4         2018      2018-4

I want my graph to update automatically with the last 52 weeks but I can't find how to do this (I don't know anything about coding), if anyone can help me I would be grateful forever.
