Hi Claster,

Haven't found any info from documentation about this issue. You may try encoding the Russian letter to unicode format manually so that it can be recognized by power bi service.

Reference: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-url-filters#special-characters-in-url-filters and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyrillic_script_in_Unicode.

I would recommend you to submit your idea here.

Regards,

Jimmy Tao
