Filled map only works in one computer !

Dear Experts,

I have a filled map with data of each region of Chile. The first picture shows the published report where one can see the map correctly, in this case with no filters, all the regions are painted.

The problem is that the same link (published report) in any other computer or cell phone does not work: some regions are not shown. First screen capture is from my computer. Second is the same exact link but in a different computer. (any explorer like safari, chrome, windows does not change anything) 

   

Hope someone has an idea why?

Hi @Maurus ,

My first guess is that the Admin does not have the maps visual options turned on.  After that, you ahve to make sure that the firewall is open for Bing maps:

ou, or your administrator, may need to update your firewall to allow access to the URLs Bing uses for geocoding. Those URLs are:

• https://dev.virtualearth.net/REST/V1/Locations
• https://platform.bing.com/geo/spatial/v1/public/Geodata
• https://www.bing.com/api/maps/mapcontrol
