Since last week I couldn't create or modifiy a dataflow,.
The service show the "waiting windows".-
I tried to create a new workspace and also with my personal workspace and it's the same error.
Any ideas?

If you want to create dataflows in Power BI workspaces, you need to have a paid Power BI Pro license. A Power BI free license won't give you the ability to create dataflows. Therefore, please check if your pro license has expired first.
What licenses do you need to use dataflows?
If not, you can try to sign out of your current account and press on “Ctrl”+” Delete” to clear the cache of the browser and sign in again to check if you can create a dataflow now? Or just switch to another browser and try to create it.
If you still have a problem, I suggest you to go to the Power BI issue to post a new issue to get more help.

Also I've cleared all my browsers cache, IE, Edge and Chrome, also I tried to use an incognito windows and is not working..😪
