Failed to refresh data from API in web Power BI. Works fine in Power BI Desktop

Hello everyone, 

I have a PowerBI report with data connections from API tokens. I can refresh the data normally in Desktop Power BI, but the published report in web doesnot refresh with errors as below:

I tried with all authentication options: "anonymous, basic and oauth2" and also all privatiy level settings disnot fix the issue. I also tried to check on "skip test connection".

Any suggestions would be helpful,

thanks for your help above.

This was not exactly what I wanted, but I found some similar threads from the past. I will implement them and see if those will help.
