Hello everyone,

I have created a few reports getting data from Facebook API.

The issue is that when I schedule refresh in PBI Service, there is an error related to the Facebook API as follows:

Facebook: (#17) User request limit reached Table:XXX

This error is related to the limitation of data in the query, and since there are few queries (of a few reports) running in parallel, it seems that i reached the limit, and the request is declined.

I understand the issue and the reasons for the error message.

My question is whether there is any workaround for this issue.

let's say I have a several reports I want to refresh all together, that reach the limitation as mentioned above.

How can I do it anyway?

There must be a way of doing that.

Thanks a lot for all of you.

Hi @Franklin1,

Based on your error message, It sounds like you called API too many times so it reached to the daily limit.

I'd like to suggest you use switch the connect account and try again.

BTW, you can also take a look at below articles to know more about this issue.

Avoiding "User request limit reached"

My advice would be to use a third-party connector, and a data warehouse depending on the volume of your data.
But windsor.ai would help you do that, here is the how to.
