I created a powerbi reporting in PowerBI desktop with FHIR connector. Everything worked fine there.
After publishing to power bi service (workplace in portal), I tried to set the dataset connection with the same organiaziton account (azure ad account), so I can refresh the data. The the following error displayed:
So I cannot setup scheduled refresh for the Dataset from FHIR. Anyone had similar issue?

I've checked all the docs. As the authentication doc says the configuration of the Application Registration is done automatically when creating the Azure API for FHIR reource, so there is nothing to update, and we cannot make it multi-tentant.
The real problem is in the connector in how it tries to connecto FHIR, since it works in Desktop and stops working in the portal.
@Anonymous Were you ever able to resolve this issue? I am experiencing the same issue.
