External users got stuck at "loading"

Hi.

I've shared a report from my org workspace to external users with pro trial license. They click the provided link, log-in, and get stuck at 'loading' page. They have been trying re-loging in to view the report for several days and still see the report 'loading'. Any recommendation on how to fix this issue?

All external users ...
1) are listed as guest users in my organization Azure
2) have verified they login and microsoft authenticator
3) have pro trial license still active
4) can log-in to powerbi.microsoft.com and see their account

Any idea or solution are highly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi @Poyz ,

Do all these shared external users cannot view the report normally? What data source is used for the report? Which browser are they using? In addition, you can review this official documentation about distributing the contents to external users and check if there is something missing. Thank you.

Best Regards

Hi there

Can you double check and make sure that they do NOT have a Power BI Free License?

Also make sure when the external users log in, that they accept the opt in for the Trail version of Power BI?

I have had it happen in the past where the users did not click on the opt into the trial.
