External user cannot see the report i shared

Hi All

I have shared a report with an external user. When he clicked on the link , it takes him to a different page. Please see the attached image. Before sending it to the user, i tested it with my private email and it worked for me. Please advice.

Hi @Anonymous

Does the user get the sign up is blocked page?

The advice from @aj1973 is if you want to share the information publically. By your image you want to share the information securely and using the Publish to Web option is NOT recommended if you want to keep the information secure.

Also does the user you are sharing to have a Power BI Pro license?

Hi @Anonymous

How did you generate the link?

The link should be for Public.

Hi Amine,

I opened the report in the PBI Service , clicked on share and when the share and access window opened, at the bottom there is a link, copied and emailed it to the user. I also shared by typing the user's email , both ways.

Thanks
