Hi,

When i open the excel workbook in power bi service, I am always getting the error "External data source Failed We were unable to refresh one or more data connections in this workbook". In the excel, i have used Pivot table referring to the power bi connection and set auto refresh when open the excel.

Could you please advise.

Please check if the settings is matched.

If there are correct, please try to remove refresh to check if you can open it.

When i open the settings -> workbook -> there is nothing. Please see the screen shot below. Actually I have imported excel from Local drive.

Please advise.
