I am an external consultant been given access as a guest to manage/edit content on behalf of clients.
I can see the report app and access it, however, the workspace doesn't appear and I can't edit any reports.

Hi @THEG72 ,
It can take up to 10 minutes for a setting change in Admin Portal to take effect for everyone in your tenant. Please wait for a while and try again.
Besides, as mentioned at the bottom of this blog, Guest users are subject to restrictions to their experience that are controlled by the Azure Active Directory administrator. If your guest users will need to own and share content with others and manage workspaces as workspaces Admins, you should change the Guest users permissions are limited setting in Azure AD to allow these users to use people pickers.
