When one of my end users extended their Power BI subscription, they stated they lost all of their settings and had to redo all their filters.

After digging into the issue, I believe the user's issue was caused by changes to permissions on the content packs she was consuming. She didn't notice the changes until she extended her trial license, but this wasn't the cause. Sorry for the false alarm.

Could you please describe more details about that what specific settings you refer to? Do the filters disappear in all reports? Also we need to verify that if the user use the same email address to sign in Power BI Service after extending the subscription.
