Sum of our users have not received the extended pro trial message after using their 60 days trial. Can you help us with this?

If they started using it after June 1st they'll only have access to the 60 day trial. Only users who have used Power BI earlier than that have access to the extended trial.

You means both of the accouts were signed up before june first, but theu still receive the notification, right? If it is, the Notification Center is actually having a problem to propose the 1y Pro Trial invitation to the users eligible. We're trying to fix it. Thanks for understanding.

Both were signed up before June 1 yes, but they have not received the notification to update to the 1y trial. Okay, do you know when this error is expected to be fixed?
