Hi all,
I have a dataset in Power BI which takes a long time to load, in order to circumvent this i have added a Timeout extension within the Power BI desktop Query, (see image).
However, due to the long loading time, i want to automatically load the dataset through the Power BI service every night.
However, i always get a Timeout error after approximately 2 hours (see image).
Is there a way to extend the timeout values within the Power BI service?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @Milan_TBC
If you are using Power BI Pro the default timeout is 2 hours. You could look at Power BI Premium Per user?
Or what you could do is to use incremental refresh which would then load the data incrementally and not in one big data load.
