Exporting into excel from reading view

Hi all,

 

I was trying to find out how an external user can export powerbi visualizations such as tables into excel. The thing to be noted is that the user does not have access to .pbix file or powerbi account. He is just viewing the report via a link. Can anyone help me in this regard.
