Export to PDF saving a zoomed view

Since the issue with exporting PDF files with Grouped Visuals was fixed a new issue has cropped up.  When I export to PDF the document seems to be saved as if it was zoomed in beyond 100%.  There is no way to control this so I am assuming this is a bug.  You can see what appear to be scroll bars along the right hand side of the document and across the bottom.

Hi @hbouk ,

Do you try the way that change view to fit to page? Does it work ? If yes, kindly mark the helpful answer as a solution if you feel that makes sense. Welcome to share your own solution. More people will benefit from here.

Hi @hbouk ,

For general reports, if there are scroll bars in them,  it is not supported to export an entire visual to PFD. You could vote the idea up to get fixed quickly.

Otherwise, if you have repremium license, you could try to create paginated reports. They're formatted to fit well on a page. They display all the data in a table, even if the table spans multiple pages. You could reference the document : What are paginated reports in Power BI Premium? to learn more.

If you just have pro license, you need to modify your visual size to implement it. Or you could use drillthrough to put the specific data into another page. Then when export to PDF, the data will show completely.

Best Regards,

Xue Ding
