Hello all,
I have a visualization of a table that shows KPI by each month in columns.
There are quite many columns to be displayed in the table/matrix visual, hence a horizontal scroll bar is available.
When i try to export it as CSV, the data is as per row instead of what had been pivoted in table/matrix.
When i try export to PDF, the whole visualization is cutoff because of too many columns.
Is there any way that i can go about this? How can i export it as pivoted/exact table/matrix representation? Or if there is any option to export as PDF the whole table/matrix without truncating other columns that needs scrolling?
Any suggestion or idea is much appreciated!
PS: I dont want to use the 'analyze in excel' option, so that is out of picture.
Regards
CS

Hey @Anonymous ,
at the current moment there is no option that allows to export a "formatted" matrix, meaning the exported data will keep the format of a matrix.
Rendering a Power BI report page as a pdf will also not cover all the available columns.
The only way you might consider is using a paginated report. Paginated reports have a long history in pixel perfect layouting and printing of reports. Paginated reports are a premium feature, this means you have to use Premium Per Capacity or Premium Per User.
Hopefully this provides some idea on how to tackle your challenge.

Tom
