Export to Excel Disabled

For only a selected recently uploaded reports the 'export to excel' functionality is getting disabled (no export to excel option under the ellipsis; no analyze in excel as well). Appropriate settings have been done in Power BI desktop and in workspace report settings to enable the data export. Even IT has the Export functionality enabled. Are others facing similar issue? Any help with resolution?

The issue now seems to be resolved.
