Export the content of textbox in Poewr BI

My client wants to edit the textbox in my Power BI dashboard in production, and then wants to export its content to Excel sheet.

As you know, textbox has no export functionality to the external storage. So I'm trying to find any workaround or substitute to it. Any comments on this would be appreciated.

What I would do is to have an Excel file where a person could input the value. 

I would then connect my PBIX file to this Excel file.

Finally I would then use a custom visual to put in the values from the Excel file. A

Another option is to allow the user to edit the report, where they can make the change?

1. What custom visuals could do that? 

2. They could edit it on Power BI service. Save and back to reading mode.
