Export report with images stored in SharePoint to PDF or PowerPoint

Hi Everyone,

We have a report that contains images (stored in an online Sharepoint folder) that are displayed using a custom visual called Image Grid. The images successfully load in Power BI Service but when we export to either PowerPoint or PDF, all the images are displayed as errors like these:Image Error.png

Already tried displaying the images using a default visual, a basic table, yet the same issue occurs.

Anyone knows what's causing this and how to solve it?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Venal,

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, the documentation has no mention of how images stored online would be displayed in the exported PDF and PowerPoint.

Regards,

Sherry
