Hi there
I've published a report and am trying to enable someone else to be able to export the underlying data to excel.
The issue is I can successfully do this (export underlying data to excel) but when someone else tries they can only export at a summarised level. All permissions are correct ( Tenant Settings and also correct button selected in the desktop options before pubishing) for them to be able to do this or else they wouldnt get that far.
The report is a mixture of DQ and Import but I dont think that would make any difference.
Can someone please help explain why I can export underlying but they only have summarised option.
Thank you
Karen

HI there
Thank you for your reply.
All settings are correct.
In order for them to export the underlying data (apart from them being in a security group) I had to give them build permissions, Is this normal to enable users to export the underlying data
Many thanks
Karen
Hi @KarenFingerhut ,
Based on your description, please refer to this link.
Do your results contain the above restrictions?
It will only export the relevant underlying data to excel.
Is the "Underlying data" option grayed out? Or is the summarized data downloaded after selecting the "underlying data" option?

Yuna
