Hi @Anonymous ,
Update:
From the PG information, this is by design, in the service we export the report pages as they would look at initial load.
You could export the matrix to PDF in power bi desktop as a workaround.

Cherry
I'm having issues exporting a matrix to PDF from the Power bi Service. When exported it creates a small visual in the upper left corner that contains the row data and the value data shows normal. I have exported and republished several times. We have never had this issue before we have alway been able to export matrix reports to PDF with now issues.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Firstly, please check if you will have this issue with the latest version in power bi desktop.
In addition, could you share the screenshot of your issue so that I could understand it better.
If you still have the issue in power bi desktop, please share a dummy pbix file which can reproduce the scenario, so that we can help further investigate on it? You can upload it to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.

Hi @Anonymous ,
Thanks for your details firstly.
I‘m sorry for that I misunderstood the matrix slicer you mentioned before.
By my tests, I could reproduce your issue in power bi service when export to pdf.
As a workaround, you could download the report as pbix file and open it in power bi desktop, then export it to PDF so that you could get your desired output.
Here is my test output in power bi desktop.
In addition, I have reported this issue internally and will update here if get any information.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
Best Regards,
Cherry
