Hello everyone,
A member of my organisation wanted to export data from a visual in a report I shared with him (he has a Pro Account) but the "Export Data" section is not showing in the ellipse.
I tried a lot of different solutions but nothing worked...
Does anyone have an idea why it doesn't show?
Thanks in advance for your help,
Nick

HI @Nick2358 ,
My first assumption is that this is turned off in your Admin Settings. The administrator has to enable the export functinality. The second option is HOW you shared it with the user. If you shared just an app then exporting is probably not available. And, if you share the report itself but made the other user a "viewer" then they will not be able to export either.
I would appreciate Kudos if my response was helpful. I would also appreciate it if you would Mark this As a Solution if it solved the problem. Thanks!

Hi there
Also make sure on the Report settings that it has been set to allow data to be exported.
You can get to it by clicking on the three dots and then select Settings
Then make sure the Export settings are set appropriately?
