Excluding filters from "personal bookmarks" on powerbi.com

Hi, 

I am trying to exclude some filters from the personal bookmark application. 

On my dashboard, I have a filter to select the month. Each month, I change the month by default on power BI desktop (also abailalble with budget scenarios for example).

When I save a personal bookmark on powerbi.com, I am filtered on a specific month (October if I save the bookmark on October).

I would like to be able to exclude the filter "month" from this personal bookmark.

I would like to be able to connect myself to the dashboard on November, go to my personal bookmark and be on the month of November (even if i saved the personal bookmark on October). 

Filters I would like to exclude will be the same for each personal bookmarks (availalble for the whole dashboard).
